Tres Mercari Pvt Ltd is looking to hire the following:
1. Assistant Store Manager
Job Description:
Collaborate with the Director of store operations and the marketing team in planning,
implementing and analysing business strategies to drive sales
 Demonstrate desired behaviours for staff including driving sales, assisting with product selection and purchase, handling any queries or resolving disputes, follow-up with customers, etc.
 Ensure that store personnel provides exceptional customer service at all times
 Monitor the shop floor workers and ensure that the store is clean, well-organized and properly merchandised.
 Responsible for maintaining Brand standard and ensure that all the team members follow the same
 Responsible for making sure that all store policies and procedures are in compliance with health and safety regulation
 Monitoring day-to- day operations of the store and produce sales report to the Management on a monthly basis
 Maintain and monitor store inventory, stock replenishment and cash management
 Follow-up with the office admin on cash collection and depositing the same in the bank account at regular intervals
 Prioritize, plan, and adjust schedules as necessary to maximize sales
 Coordinate and oversee the planning, organizing, and delegating of work among staff
 Actively participate in the goal setting of all the store employees
 Motivate and inspire the team to achieve store productivity goals
 Identify training needs and provide ongoing training opportunities to the team as needed
 Collaborate with the HR and provide inputs during the store employees’ performance evaluation
 Interact with the public via social media and maintain the store’s online presence
 Conduct regular audits of the store’s physical condition to ensure quality
 Guide the stock boy in arranging the items while maintaining the appearance of the store


1 candidate with the store operation background preferably in fashion / retail with minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience
 High level of communication and inter-personal skills

2. Merchandising Manager
Job Description:
• Responsible for identifying the right suppliers / manufacturers with regard to fabric sourcing, sampling and production for the successful launch of our private label
• Provide valuable inputs to the in-house fashion designer in terms of design requirements and ensure that the private label collections every season would represent our brand image
• Identify those brands which suit our sensibilities for a long-term collaboration and bring in the right merchandise for our multi-brand retail store
• Maintain positive relations with all the external vendors / suppliers while negotiating on pricing, specifications and deadlines
• Assist the Management in Cost Analysis and competitive retail strategies
• Track shipments & create purchase orders and keep a tab on inventory liabilities
• Ensure timely payments & oversee vendor account settlement
• Keep track of the exchanged or refunded merchandise and inspect them
• Collaborate with the marketing, content & graphic teams to build and execute social media strategy
• Identify loyalists and influencers within our social media communities and capture/ analyse appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices
• Create innovative ways to keep current customers abreast with new campaigns and latest collections
• Drive increased number of followers and higher engagement among our customer segments on FB, Twitter, Instagram, Emailers etc.

Any candidate with 3 to 5 years of fashion retail experience in Merchandising of women’s garments (preferably)

3. Senior Fashion Designer
Job Description
• Study fashion trends and anticipate designs that will appeal to our target customers
• Decide on the theme for the private label collections every season and design accordingly
• Work closely with the Merchandising Manager in understanding the design requirements and present different design ideas
• Create a prototype design after considering the inputs from the entire team
• Select fabrics, embellishments, colours or style for each garment as per the finalized design
• Visit different manufacturers or suppliers to get fabric samples
• Oversee the final sample and assist the Merchandising Manager in identifying the right suppliers for the production of the private label
• Work with the Marketing team on enhancing the brand image by actively participating in the promotional activities of our private label
• Assistance in wardrobe co-ordination and styling during photoshoots

Any candidate with 2 to 3 years of experience in fashion design (preferably from NIFT)
