They are looking to hire a Sales Coordinator

Principle Accountabilities-
Responsible for business development, Coordination between different departments to achieve set production. Should work towards the growing the relationships with existing and new clients.

Functions –
Business Development

Activities –
Ensures customer retention and obtaining of repeat business through existing customers. Expands business and markets through acquisition of new customers. Sets the pricing policy for competitive pricing, ensures a unique product that has differentiation advantage. Exploring new ways to increase revenue.
Complete weekly telemarketing calls to new and untapped business leads within the Sales Coordinator’s specified market segments.
E-Commerce across all platforms to be managed and coordinated.

Strategy-
Develop and act on a strategy planned for achieving the set target for sales. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

Coordination-
Will act as a point of contact between the client and the production team. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

Payment Follow-up-
To ensure that all payments are received as per mentioned terms.

Ambassador-
To represent Krishna Mehta by providing service excellence to the buyers.

MIS Reports-
Submission of required reports on, monthly basis.

Online promotion –
Create a positive interactive experience for our internet customers through the use of email or cold calling
updating website with current information on new arrival and product offerings
execution of marketing e-blast campaigns or other internet based marketing initiatives

To take the follow up of dispatched done
